Ideas for the future

Ideas for the future

"Plans are nothing, planning is everything"

"Plans are nothing, planning is everything"

Just some thoughts…

It's too hard to say what I want to do concretely for a long period because everything is so unpredictable. Especially me, I have 100 new ideas per second, and I change my trajectory again.

I mean, I know what to do, but I don't know exactly how. I’m very afraid of staying at the same level for too long—I mean staying a freelancer or employee for too long. I'm not, and I don't want to be average.

I have too much internal energy, and I need to use it somewhere. My dream, well, my goal since I’m working towards it, is to have a portfolio of multiple SaaS/AI-related companies, Apps, and maybe in game development some projects. One of them has to be the main one and worth over $100M.

I’m not joking. Completely serious. And I know I’ll get there someday. Really want to find the idea and project to work on for the rest of my life, to elevate it to a global level, and make it top 1 in its niche. Maybe I’ll make an exit too, but I don’t know, will see in time.

I also really want to be an angel investor, to invest in other projects. To buy some small projects, grow them, and make a nice exit—or maybe not. I want to make partnerships with some projects. I’m not interested in crypto, stocks, or other investments that don’t rely on my personal contribution. I'm interested in investing and helping people.

But first, I need to help myself :)

To raise at least one of my projects to over $20M and then we’ll talk if I start angel investments. Not before.

To build other projects, I need not only money but also a background. That background appears after I grow this first big project.

I hope it works out.

A bit lost now, well, not lost, just thinking about what and how to do to propel myself as much as possible. At the moment, I'm 18. In half a year, I'll be 19, and I haven't done even 10% of what I wanted.

But it's okay, I’ll catch up.

It’s still not clear to me how to make this transition to being a founder, and how you bootstrap but still grow quickly. Need to take risks.

I was talking to a friend today, and was telling him how to make his first $ online from his skills. He was in denial, saying he's not ready, it's too early, etc. My opinion is that you'll never be ready—you take some clients and learn on the go.

And I’m in the same phase. I’m stuck in the freelancer phase.

So what if I make more per month than the national average?

That doesn’t interest me.

On a global scale, I’m very, very small.

I don’t consider myself successful at all. Just thinking about how to make this leap and finally work on a big project.

I could become an indie maker, but nah, okay, possibly, but it won’t propel me where I want to be. It’s okay for those who want an additional income or don’t have big goals.

I don’t need money, just want to build an empire. That’s all.

Now I need to make some more $ to reinvest in my projects, get a more powerful laptop…

Maybe do a partnership with someone, we’ll see. I think my future is going to be really cute.

But still very far away.

I work like a maniac, until 3 in the morning, sleeping 3-4 hours when I need to get something urgent done.

Because I’m on fire.

But not every day. I'm still working on that.

I hope I have enough courage…

A question that also troubles me...

I’m not very technical.

How do I do it?

I could start writing code by myself with Cursor, Claude, and GPT.

But c’mon...

I wanna be a founder, not a dev for all life.

I’d like to have a technical partner/co-founder.

But how do I find one?

It’s so hard to find one for smaller projects. And I say this from personal experience.

But for such big projects...

I don't know.

Definitely don’t want investments. And don't need now, too early.

I wanna build a bootstrapped business only.

Just need to make some more $$$ somehow. But I wouldn’t want to go back to freelancing, maybe become a partner in something, or idk.

And the question is how to make this step.

The idea is that, okay, I start writing code and marketing my projects.

But I’m afraid of remaining just a simple indie maker.

I wanna be big. With B2B projects.

And clear marketing outside of the X bubble.

Real marketing, and SEO, and email—all of it.

I’m just a step away.

The most remarkable thing about me is how unremarkable I am.

Just like to work.

Sometimes...

If you have any suggestions, know that I’m always open, always.

Peace, your Alex.

Kiss you, and... thanks for all.

Love you, luck.
